Husband and wife team, Lynn and Steve Matteson, have been married since 2011. They are lovers of food, family, and living the simple life! When not creating artisan cheese, bean-to-bar chocolate, they can be found tapping trees for maple syrup, raising bees, and spending time out roaming the Upstate New York!
